What are credits?
Yes — absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings with zero penalties. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellations stop future billing; you retain access until the end of your paid period. No contracts, no lock-in.
Can I change tiers?
Monthly plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Rollover credits (available on Creator and above) carry forward up to the stated monthly limit — 100 on Creator, 300 on Pro, 1,000 on Vanguard. Purchased credit pack credits never expire on any paid plan. On the free Seed plan, credits do not roll over.
What happens to unused credits?
If you exhaust your monthly credits, you can purchase a credit pack (from $5 for 100 credits) without changing your plan. You can also upgrade to a higher tier for more monthly credits. You'll receive an in-app notification at 80% and 100% usage. Your account will not be charged automatically — every purchase is explicit and confirmed by you.
Refund policy
Yes. Credit packs are available to all paid subscribers at any time — from $5 for 100 credits up to $250 for 10,000 credits (best value). The more you buy at once, the lower the per-credit cost. Purchased credits are available immediately and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
