We started with a simple observation: AI creative tools were built without melanated creators in mind, then patched after the fact. Tone accuracy was an afterthought. Cultural context was flattened. We built VARYNT the other way around — starting from Melanin Match™ and Cultural Root, then opening the engine to everyone.
